Large Diameter Tubulars and Steel Pipes

Jolliffe-Hepburn Limited supplies large diameter welded pipes, from 355.6 through to 4,000mm diameter, with wall thicknesses from 6 through to 200mm. Tubulars can be formed by both hot and cold rolling techniques. Single piece lengths can reach 13,200mm without circumferential welds, and up to 37,000mm with circumferential welding. A full range of machining and fabrication services are also available.

Reversing Mill Plates

Jolliffe-Hepburn Limited supplies reversing mill plates in all commercial grades, in thicknesses from 14 through 150mm. Maximum width is currently 2,000mm, although already approved investment shall see this increase to 3,000mm in 2006. Maximum piece weight is 14,500Kg.
